Some may think you can only draw on Procreate, but they’re wrong; you can also make animations! I’m going to show you how to add an animation assist on procreate super easy. It will be fun and easier than you expect.
First, bring up a new canvas on procreate. Next, click on the wrench icon in the top left corner. Click ‘canvas’, and then turn on the ‘animation assist’. The animation assist will show up near the bottom of the page.
Then, start drawing. Click ‘add frame’ when you’ve finished the first drawing. Keep adding frames and drawing sequential pictures to create an animation.
Click ‘Play’ to see your animation.
Right next to ‘add frame’ there is ‘settings’ for your animation assist.
If you double tap on your current frame, you can make it the background or foreground.
