How to Hide a Layer in Procreate
Share
Hiding layers in Procreate is useful. It allows you to see what’s behind that layer without deleting or erasing the contents of the layer. It’s very easy to do too.
First, go to layers. To the right of the layer, you’ll see a little box. The is called the visibility checkbox. If this visibility checkbox is white with a blue check mark inside of it, then the layer is visible. Tap on the visibility checkbox, and it will lose the checkmark. The layer is now hidden. When you want to make the layer visible, tap the visibility checkbox again.
Below, all of the visibility checkboxes are circled. The one with the checkmark is visible, while the blank ones aren’t visible.
That’s all! That wasn’t hard at all!
